Systems with verticals

Bilaterally and unilaterally treated panel boards made from MDF. Standard panel thickness is 18 - 19 mm, and the dimensions are H 2400 x L 1200 mm. The format is horizontal. All the panels can be shortened and extended as needed.

The grooves in the panels are filled with PVC inserts in various colors or aluminum inserts which are recommended if the panels carry heavier goods. The distance between the grooves may be 50 mm (C50), 100 mm (C100), 200 mm (C200) or 300 mm (C300). Panels are performed in the final of aluminum P profile. Associated equipment for Abbott panels are fittings that are ordered according to the goods that will be exhibited on them. Panels that we offer come in these colors:

  • C50 – crude panel
  • C100 - white, gray, crude panel
  • C200 - white, black, gray, silver, crude panel
  • C300 - white, grey, crude panel

Crude panels can be painted in the color of choice or can be vacumed with PVC foil (you can choose foils from our offer).

Inside the grids we put inserts. We offer plastic (PVC) and aluminum inserts. Plastic inserts are T-shaped panel and slide the panel at the end. You can choose from the following colors: white, blue, gray, black, red. Aluminum inserts have standard T profile and are recommended if panels carry heavier goods.

Panels are finalised in aluminum P profile.

Associated equipment to the panels are fittings, which are ordered according to the goods that will be exhibited on them.

We offer the following types of verticals:

  • L - single-row, single row of perforations for fittings
  • T - two-row, with two rows of perforations

Vertical length is 240cm. Verticals are placed between the panels, and at the ends.

Lenght of verticals is 219 mm. Verticals are done with two-dimensional grid - 63cm and 83cm, powder coated in white and placed between the panels.

Fillings between the verticals are in the form of panels (standard), or can come in form of chipboard or MDF, and depending on wishes and possibilities of clients they can include glass, mirror, acrylic, sheet metal, perforated sheet metal, textiles, etc. Associated equipment to the panels are verticals and fittings, which are ordered according to the goods that will be exhibited on them.
